Dangerous Fire Weather Conditions Today

A cold front sweeping across the area today will to lead strengthening northwesterly winds of 25 to 35 mph with higher gusts.  These strong winds combined with warm temperatures, very low relative humidity at or below 20%, and extremely dry fuels will promote the potential for explosive fire growth.
