Pictures of Saturday's Snow

A system dropping out of central Canada, pushed into the northern Great Lakes region today. With this system came much colder air and a quick return to cold temperatures and wintry type precipitation for much of northern Michigan. Actually the coldest air associated with this passing system will actually not arrive until tomorrow, on Mother’s Day, when afternoon high temperatures struggle to emerge from the 30s.

Below are a few photos of yesterday's snow, which were passed along to the National Weather Service in Gaylord from area residents.

If you have any photos of additional snow that occur today (Sunday), please post them on our Facebook or Twitter pages
. We always appreciate your photos.
