Slick roads and accumulating snowfall in some areas tonight

Accumulating Snowfall Tonight

A deep upper low and its associated cold airmass, will remain centered over the Great Lakes and Ontario through the rest of the work week. Lake induced snows will be enhanced by a weak surface boundary sweeping across northern Michigan tonight. Locations in the typical Lake Michigan snowbelt areas can expect to see visibilities occasionally reduced under one mile with nighttime snow accumulation between 2 and 3 inches.

Motorists tonight should be alert to slippery roads and drastically changing visibilities.
