The National Weather Service (NWS) in La Crosse is planning three spring snowmelt flood outlooks.  The scheduled issuance dates are:

• Thursday, February 21st  (issued)
• Thursday, March 7th  (issued)
• Friday, March 29th  (issued)

These outlooks are issued as a Hydrologic Outlook.
