Coloma Weather Radio Station (WWF40) Back to Full Power
The NOAA Weather Radio (NWR) transmitter in Coloma, WI (WWF40,162.400 MHz) in western Waushara County has been restored to full power . According to the Wisconsin Educational Communications Board, which services this NWR site, the current phase of work on the tower and transmitter has been completed.
NWR listeners in our service counties (including Monroe, Juneau, and Adams Counties in Wisconsin) should be aware that another short service interruption will take place in late November or early December. This message will be updated when this next round of service work is to be performed and then again when all the work has been completed.
