A STATEWIDE TORNADO DRILL IS BEING HELD IN BOTH MINNESOTA
AND WISCONSIN.

HERE IS THE SCHEDULE...

100 PM -   TEST TORNADO WATCH ISSUED

           THE TEST WATCH WILL BE TONE ALERTED OVER NOAA
           WEATHER RADIO.

*** THE NWS LA CROSSE SPOTTER ACTIVIATION SYSTEM WILL BE TEST AS WELL.

145 PM -   TEST TORNADO WARNING ISSUED

           THE TEST WARNING WILL BE ALERTED OVER NOAA WEATHER
           RADIOS USING THE LIVE TOR EMERGENCY ALERT SYSTEM
           CODES.

200 PM -   END OF DRILL STATEMENT

655 PM -   EVENING TORNADO DRILL FOR MOST MINNESOTA COUNTIES

           THE TEST WARNING WILL BE ALERTED OVER NOAA WEATHER
           RADIOS USING THE LIVE TOR EMERGENCY ALERT SYSTEM
           CODES.

COMMUNITIES...SCHOOLS AND BUSINESSES ARE URGED TO REHEARSE YOUR
SEVERE WEATHER ACTION PLANS. TREAT THE DRILL AS IF A TORNADO WAS
HEADED IN YOUR DIRECTION.
