Lows will vary from the middle to upper 20s where skies clear out, to the low to mid 30s where the cloud cover persists in southwest Wisconsin and northeast Iowa.

A Freeze Warning is in effect for locations along the Mississippi and Wisconsin Rivers where a hard freeze with low temperatures of 28F or lower has yet to occur.
