Wind Chill Advisories remain in effect.  An arctic airmass has settled in across the region and will remain in place through today. 

• The combination of wind and the bitterly cold air will result in wind chills between -20 F and -35 F through this morning  
• Lows this morning: single digits to teens below zero
• Highs today: in the single digits to near 10 above zero, warmest across northeast Iowa and far southwest Wisconsin

Note: If there was a snow pack in place, temperatures and wind chills would be even colder!
