Freezing fog will become widespread across southeast Minnesota and northeast Iowa overnight. This fog will reduce visibilities to 1/4 mile or less early Sunday morning.
In western Wisconsin, the development of the freezing fog will be highly dependent upon whether any clearing can occur. If clearing does occur, the freezing fog would not develop until after 4 AM.
