Much Colder Air For Upcoming Weekend

Much Colder Weekend Ahead…

An Upper Low Pressure will move into western Quebec beginning Friday and remain in place through Sunday. In doing so, a northerly to northwesterly air flow will usher in successive surges of very cold air through the weekend. This means that afternoon high temperatures across western and central North Dakota will range from 30F to 40F, and overnight low temperatures ranging between 15F and 25F. A couple of snow flurries or light snow showers are possible with the colder air mass, but overall expect a much colder and relatively dry forecast. Average high and low temperatures in Bismarck for the upcoming weekend are a high of 62F and a low of 35F.
