6-10 and 8-14 Day Outlooks Call For Warm and Dry Conditions

A broad upper level ridge is developing across the western and central portions of the lower 48, and may continue into the middle portions of the September. This should mark a transition to above normal temperatures and below normal precipitation after a period of relatively cool and dry conditions over the last few days.
