WANTED! – Weather observers in North Dakota

The National Weather Service in Bismarck has partnered with the Community Collaborative Rain, Hail, and Snow Network (CoCoRaHS) and together, we are looking for volunteer weather observers in North Dakota. 

What is CoCoRaHS? 

  • It is a unique, non-profit, community-based network of volunteers of all ages and backgrounds working together to measure and report precipitation amounts across the country.  Daily reports are mapped to paint a picture of precipitation across the United States.

Who can join?

  • Anybody!  Whether you're a farmer, rancher, groundskeeper, gardener, student, or just have a general interest in weather, this network is for you!
