New Record High Temperatures Reached Friday

Record high temperatures were established Friday afternoon, March 23, over portions of Southeast Wyoming and the western Nebraska Panhandle.

Cheyenne hit 72 degrees. This breaks the old record of 67 degrees set in 2004.

Laramie reached 71 degrees. This breaks the old record of 66 degrees set in 2004.

Chadron reached 78 degrees. This breaks the old record of 74 was set in 2007.

Rawlins hit 71, breaking the old record of 63 set in 1999 by 8 degrees.
