Five Consecutive Days of 107 Degrees or Higher at Dodge City

The Dodge City Regional Airport reached 108 degrees on Thursday.  This makes the fifth consecutive day that Dodge City has reached at least 107 degrees.  This is the first time this has happened since records have been kept.  Dodge City reached at least 107 degrees or higher from August 11th to August 14th in 1936.  Dodge City records date back to 1874.
