Heavy Snow Across Western Kansas December 14-15

Snowfall Amounts of 10-13 inches from Dodge City to Hays

An upper level storm system moving from the southern Rockies into the Plains brought significant snowfall to the area Friday and Friday night.  A band of heavy snow from the Dodge City area up towards Hays produced amounts from 8 to 12 inches with locally heavier amounts of over 1 foot!
