METEOROLOGICAL SPRING ON RECORD AT DULUTH. 11.93 INCHES OF  
PRECIPITATION WAS REPORTED FOR THE SEASON WHICH IS 4.78 INCHES ABOVE THE
NORMAL OF 7.15 INCHES. THIS RANKS AS THE 7TH WETTEST SPRING SEASON ON RECORD.

THE AVERAGE TEMPERATURE FOR THE SPRING SEASON WAS 43.7 DEGREES WHICH IS
5.5 DEGREES ABOVE THE NORMAL OF 38.2 DEGREES. THIS WAS THE 4TH WARMEST
METEOROLOGICAL SPRING ON RECORD AT INTERNATIONAL FALLS. 7.05 INCHES OF  
PRECIPITATION WAS RECORDED FOR THE SEASON WHICH IS 1.71 INCHES ABOVE THE  
NORMAL OF 5.34 INCHES. THIS RANKS AS THE 15TH WETTEST SPRING SEASON ON RECORD.
14.8 INCHES OF SNOW FELL FOR THE SPRING SEASON WHICH IS 0.6 INCHES ABOVE
THE NORMAL OF 14.2 INCHES. THIS WAS THE 34TH SNOWIEST SPRING SEASON
ON RECORD AT INTERNATIONAL FALLS.
