Update: 2013 Precipitation Across the NWS Des Moines Forecast Area

It was the 4th wettest April on record for the Des Moines area.  But after a VERY dry start to the summer season, Des Moines is now almost one inch BELOW normal for precipitation in 2013!  Conversely, Waterloo is currently 10 inches ABOVE normal for precipitation in 2013!
