The intense low pressure system that moved across Minnesota yesterday will slowly move across northern Ontario today. Although the storm system will be gradually weakening today, strong winds are again expected. Winds will increase with daytime heating. Winds will become strongest during the afternoon, when frequent gusts in the 45 to 60 MPH range are expected.
