Strong winds today. Flooding continues over portions of the area.

A strong cold front advancing across the area early this morning will not only bring with it very cold air, but also strong winds.

The winds will peak during the afternoon hours.

Rainfall over the last two weeks has  also led to flooding across the Saginaw Vally and portions of the Thumb.
