Rainfall May 1-7: Haves vs. Have Nots

The first week of May 2012 rainfall-wise has been a story of the "Haves" vs. the "Have Nots".  While Dubuque has only received 0.36 inches of rain during the first 7 days of May, the Quad Cities has picked up 4.31 inches, which is just 0.01 inches short of the monthly normal rainfall total!  In addition, there is only one other year that the Quad City Area has tallied over 4 inches in the first week of May.
