At Saint Joseph, the average temperature was 48.9 degrees, which was 7.8 degrees below normal. The average high was 58.0 degrees which was 12.0 degrees below normal. The average low temperature was 39.8 degrees which was 3.5 degrees below normal. The highest temperature was 72 degrees on the 19th. The lowest temperature was 28 degrees on the 18th.

Obviously, Kansas and Missouri have not been alone in experiencing much below average temperatures so far this month.
