Local Area Climate Graphics

Your NOAA’s National Weather Service in Grand Forks has started to produce a series of graphics using locally generated climate information. These graphics show the daily high and low temperature, compared with the daily normal, at selected locations in eastern North Dakota and northwest Minnesota.

The cities include Fargo and Grand Forks North Dakota, as well as Park Rapids and Baudette Minnesota. These data visualizations allow you to see the trends in temperatures month by month, as well as year to date.

For the data at Fargo Hector Field click here; Grand Forks International click here; Park Rapids Municipal airport data are available here and the Baudette Regional data are available here.

Please remember that the data are for informational purposes. The official and final climatological data are available from the National Climatic Data Center (NCDC) in Asheville North Carolina, usually 2 to 4 months after the end of each month.
