A POWERFUL STORM SYSTEM WILL DEVELOP IN THE CENTRAL PLAINS ON
SATURDAY...THEN TRACK TO SOUTHERN MINNESOTA ON SUNDAY AND THEN TO NORTHERN WISCONSIN EARLY MONDAY.  SNOW IS LIKELY ACROSS ALL OF EASTERN NORTH DAKOTA AND NORTHWEST AND WEST CENTRAL MINNESOTA SATURDAY NIGHT AND SUNDAY. SNOW MAY BECOME HEAVY AT TIMES LATE
SATURDAY NIGHT THROUGH SUNDAY. IN ADDITION...STRONG NORTHERLY
WINDS MAY GUST OVER 40 MPH ON SUNDAY AND PRODUCE BLIZZARD
CONDITIONS AT TIMES LATE SATURDAY NIGHT THROUGH SUNDAY NIGHT.
6 TO 12 INCHES OF SNOW ACCUMULATIONS ARE LIKELY...AND ROADS MAY
BECOME DRIFTED SHUT AND TRAVEL MAY BECOME IMPOSSIBLE LATE SATURDAY
NIGHT THROUGH SUNDAY. 

TEMPERATURES WILL ALSO FALL WELL BELOW ZERO BY SUNDAY NIGHT...AND
DANGEROUS WIND CHILLS FROM 25 TO 45 BELOW WILL RESULT. HIGH
TEMPERATURES ON MONDAY WILL REMAIN WELL BELOW ZERO.

THIS STORM HAS THE POTENTIAL TO SIGNIFICANTLY IMPACT TRAVEL ACROSS
THE REGION SATURDAY NIGHT THROUGH SUNDAY NIGHT.
