December 20th snow totals

A second winter storm moved across the Dakotas and Minnesota Friday night through Sunday morning.  Most of the snow fell between midnight Friday night and 3 pm Saturday.   Snowfall during this event was very uniform with most places picking up 4 to 5 inches.  WInds during this snowfall were not enough to create significant blowing snow and reduced visiblities unlike the previous blizzard.   Gusty winds and a little light snow hit the area overnight Saturday night into early Sunday.
