Dangerous Wind Chills Through Friday Morning

Wind chill values to around 40 below zero will occur across the southern Red River Valley and Devils Lake basin through Friday morning.

Wind chill values of 25 to 40 below zero will persist across much of northwest and west central Minnesota into the northern Red River Valley.
