Severe Thunderstorms and Heavy Rain Expected Monday

Thunderstorms will develop on Monday throughout eastern North Dakota and western Minnesota. Some storms may contain damaging wind, large hail, in addition to heavy rain that may cause localized flooding in poorly drained areas.
