Snow will develop in the Valley City and Devils lake area this afternoon and spread east tonight and Sunday.  Snow will wind down Sunday afternoon with total accumulations from 3 to 5 inches expected along and north of a line from Valley City to Bemidji.  Fortunately winds do not look to be much of an issue through the snow event.  Periodic snow chances will continue next week with the best chances for more accumulating snow Monday and again towards Thanksgiving.  Holiday travelers need to monitor future forecasts and statements.
