Bitterly Cold Temperatures Tonight in early Friday

Very cold air will remain in place this evening, with readings approaching 30 below zero tonight in northwest Minnesota. As the high pressure system responsible for the brutal cold moves east, winds will increase overnight making for deadly wind chill readings later tonight through Friday morning.  If you must venture outdoors overnight, be sure to bundle up and if you must travel, carry a winter weather survival kit.
