DAKOTA...WEST CENTRAL AND NORTHWEST MINNESOTA.

A WIND ADVISORY IS IN EFFECT FOR AREAS ALONG AND WEST OF THE RED
RIVER VALLEY FROM 3 PM TO 11 PM TODAY. SOUTHWEST TO WEST WINDS
WILL INCREASE TO 30 TO 40 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 50 MPH.
