DAKOTA...WEST CENTRAL AND NORTHWEST MINNESOTA.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

LIGHT SNOW IS POSSIBLE ALONG AND NORTH OF HIGHWAY 2 TODAY...HOWEVER
LITTLE IF ANY ACCUMULATION IS EXPECTED. NO HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS
EXPECTED AT THIS TIME.

WIND CHILLS ALONG THE CANADIAN BORDER IN NORTHEASTERN NORTH DAKOTA
COULD APPROACH 25 BELOW ZERO LATE TONIGHT.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY

AN ARCTIC AIRMASS WILL SINK INTO THE REGION FROM CANADA SUNDAY AND
INTO EARLY NEXT WEEK. WIND CHILLS ALONG THE CANADIAN BORDER
IN NORTHEASTERN NORTH DAKOTA COULD APPROACH 25 BELOW ZERO EARLY
SUNDAY MORNING. MORE WIDESPREAD BITTER WIND CHILLS WILL ARRIVE BY
SUNDAY NIGHT AS THE ARCTIC AIR MASS SETTLES IN OVER THE REGION. WIND
CHILLS OF 25 TO 35 BELOW ZERO WILL BE POSSIBLE SUNDAY NIGHT THROUGH
MONDAY AND INTO TUESDAY MORNING. A WIND CHILL ADVISORY IS IN EFFECT
STARTING SUNDAY NIGHT ACROSS EASTERN NORTH DAKOTA AND NORTHWESTERN
MINNESOTA...SPREADING SOUTH AND EASTWARD INTO WEST CENTRAL MINNESOTA
BY MONDAY NIGHT.
