Snow today With Blowing Snow possible Wednesday Night into Thursday

Low pressure will move from Minot to Wahpeton and then into central Minnesota today giving a band of 2 to 4 inches of fresh snow to areas along and just north of the low path.   This track is a bit farther south than earlier forecast.   Colder and breezy weather on top for Thursday.   Could be some areas of blowing and drifting snow tonight into Thursday as the winds pick up from the north.
