Slow improvement...hazardous windchills tonight

Winds will slowly diminish this evening improving visibility across the region.  There will still be blowing and drifting snow in open areas reducing visibility especially in the Red River valley into the evening.  Colder air combined with the wind will produce hazardous wind chills that will continue into Tuesday morning.
