Blizzard Sunday...Then Dangerous Wind Chills

A cold front will move through the region today, bringing strong northwest winds with gusts up to 60 mph.  The fresh snow combined with these winds will cause ground blizzard conditions. Visibilties will be near zero at times, with widespread whiteout conditions after mid morning. This blizzard will likely be the most severe of the season, and could be a life threatening situation if you become stranded.

Wind chill values will approach -50F degrees by this evening.  These dangerous wind chills will continue into Tuesday morning.
