Proof Wednesday February 20th was a cold day

...Two Temperature Records Set at Sioux Falls Yesterday...

Two temperature records were set for Sioux Falls on Wednesday,
February 20th. The first was the low temperature of the day of
-19 degrees, which tied the record set in 1918.

The other record was related to the high temperature of the day on
Wednesday, which was 1 degree above zero. This temperature broke
the previous record for the lowest maximum temperature for February 20th.
The previous record was 2 degrees above zero set in 1894.

There is proof positive of how cold that particular Wednesday was.
