IN THE 24 HOUR PERIOD ENDING AT 9 AM THIS MORNING...MOST OF

WESTERN SOUTH DAKOTA RECEIVED LESS THAN A HALF INCH OF RAIN....

WHILE THE MAJORITY OF THE EAST PICKED UP 5 TO 15 HUNDRETHS OF

AN INCH. SOME LOCATIONS IN THE WEST AND CENTRAL SECTIONS...

MAINLY BETWEEN PHILIP AND PIERRE...MEASURED MORE THAN THREE

QUARTERS OF AN INCH. PHILIP WAS ONE OF THE WETTEST TOWNS IN THE

WEST...WITH 1.44 INCHES. IN EASTERN SOUTH DAKOTA...CHAMBERLAIN

WAS ONE OF THE WETTER PLACES...RECEIVING 0.43 INCH. IN SOUTHWEST

MINNESOTA...MOST RAINFALL AMOUNTS WERE LESS THAN 15 HUNDRETHS OF

AN INCH. THE FOLLOWING TABLE SHOWS ALL OF THE AVAILABLE
