...HEAVY RAINS OVER FOR SIOUX CITY...

SO FAR TODAY APRIL 25TH THROUGH 7 PM...THERE HAS BEEN 1.06 INCHES OF
RAIN AT THE SIOUX CITY AIRPORT. THIS COMBINED WITH THE RECORD DAILY
RAINFALL OF 2.08 INCHES YESTERDAY...MAKES A TWO DAY TOTAL OF 3.14
INCHES AT THE AIRPORT. HOWEVER...HEAVIER AMOUNTS UP TO 4 INCHES
RAINFALL WAS REPORTED IN SOME PARTS OF THE CITY OVER THE TWO DAYS.

THIS ALSO MAKES THIS THE WETTEST JANUARY THROUGH APRIL PERIOD SINCE
RECORDS BEGAN AT SIOUX CITY IN 1889...WITH A TOTAL OF 11.60 INCHES
PRECIPITATION. THE FOLLOWING IS A LIST OF THE WETTEST JANUARY
