Temperatures were at or below freezing over most of the area Thursday morning...producing a hard freeze...killing crops and other sensitive vegetation.  Since most locations have experienced a hard freeze...the National Weather Service Forecast Office in Sioux Falls will no longer issue Frost Advisories or Freeze Warnings for the remainder of this Fall.
