...ADDITIONAL ABOVE NORMAL HIGH TEMPERATURES ACROSS
THE AREA THIS 25TH DAY OF NOVEMBER 2008...

TEMPERATURES ACROSS SOUTHEAST SOUTH DAKOTA...SOUTHWEST
MINNESOTA...NORTHWEST IOWA...AND NORTHEAST NEBRASKA
HAVE BEEN AVERAGING ABOVE NORMAL THIS MONTH. THE MONTH
BEGAN WITH SIX DAYS ABOVE NORMAL...FOLLOWED BY A FEW
DAYS BELOW NORMAL. THEN THE MAJORITY OF THE MONTH
CONTINUED AT LEAST SLIGHTLY ABOVE NORMAL. ANOTHER DAY
WITH ABOVE NORMAL TEMPERATURES OCCURRED TODAY. THE
AVERAGE HIGH THIS AFTERNOON WAS 44 DEGREES...WHICH IS
7 DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL. NORMALLY ON THIS DATE...HIGHS
WOULD VARY FROM THE LOW AND MID 30S BETWEEN BROOKINGS
AND WORTHINGTON...TO AROUND 40 BETWEEN ARMOUR AND
