THIS AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING. HOWEVER MANY LOCATIONS STILL FELL
SHORT OF SEASONAL NORMAL HIGH TEMPERATURES LATE THIS AFTERNOON. SNOW
COVER IS PART OF THE ISSUE HOLDING THE TEMPERATURES DOWN.
