ACROSS THE NORTHERN PLAINS REGION...OLD TEMPERATURE RECORDS
ACROSS SOUTHEAST SOUTH DAKOTA...SOUTHWEST MINNESOTA...AND
NORTHWEST IOWA HAVE BEEN BROKEN OR TIED. NEW RECORDS HAVE BEEN
ESTABLISHED FOR BOTH COOLEST MAXIMUM TEMPERATURES...AND COOLEST
