Wind Chill Warning This Morning

A wind chill warning is in effect this morning across the area with bitterly cold
wind chills of 30 below to 45 below. Actual air temperatures of 10 below to
25 below can be expected across area through noon, and these temperatures combined
with the wind will create the bitterly cold wind chills. If you must venture
outdoors today, wear several layers of clothes, and cover all exposed flesh to
prevent frostbite. The winds will decrease during the afternoon, and by evening
will be light and variable. Temperatures will still be bitterly cold tonight, with
overnight lows from 15 below to 30 below.
