Mild Lows and Very Little Snowfall Across the Area for March 2010

A look at low temperatures and snowfall across southeast South Dakota, southwest Minnesota, northeast Nebraska, and northwest Iowa reveals that low temperatures averaged 4.7 degrees above normal and snowfall averaged 5.9 inches below normal.
