Southwest Minnesota State University (SMSU) in Marshall, MN has been recognized as being StormReady by the National Weather Service in Sioux Falls, SD. SMSU is the first University in the state of Minnesota to be recognized with the honor and only 62 other colleges or universities share this feat with SMSU across the Nation.
