Prolonged period of snow tonight through Tuesday

Snow will continue to spread east across the area tonight.
Snow will then persist through Tuesday with storm totals ranging
from 8 to 11 inches north of Interstate 90, to 6 to 8 inches
south. In addition to the snow, bitterly cold wind chills
will develop across the area on Monday and persist through
Wednesday morning. Finally, areas of blowing snow will occur
Monday and Tuesday across the entire region. Various winter
storm warnings and advisories are in effect for most of the
Northern Plains.
