Snowfall likely in northwest Iowa on Wednesday

Forecast snowfall for Wednesday and Wednesday night

Snow is likely to spread across the area on Wednesday and continue into Wednesday night.  Currently, the largest accumulations of snow looks to be across eastern Nebraska and into Iowa Wednesday afternoon and evening.  Lesser amounts of snow are possible near Interstate 90 in southeast South Dakota and southwest Minnesota.  Wind will also increase Wednesday night which may cause some blowing and drifting snow.  Please stay tuned for further updates as the location of this area of snow could shift resulting in changes in expected snowfall.
