Snowfall December 23rd and 24th

An upper level disturbance brought light snow to portions of south central Nebraska and north central Kansas during the evening December 23rd.  The snow continued into the early morning hours on December 24th.  The majority of the snow fell across north central Kansas, and south of Interstate 80 in south central Nebraska.  Snowfall amounts averaged less than an inch in Nebraska, and ranged from an inch to an inch and a half in north central Kansas.
