| After a record cold October...November flip-flopped and turned out to be one of the warmest November's since 2001. Each of the Tri-Cities set new Top Ten warmest November average temperature records...Hastings 8th...Kearney 9th...and Grand Island 10th. Elsewhere...Top 5 records were set at Greeley...1st...Beloit and Phillipsburg...5th...and Smith Center tied with 1965 as the 5th warmest November of record. November's precipitation also flipped after a wet October...with all locations falling short in the average monthly precipitation category. Only Hebron finished the month was above average snowfall.
