| February was another cold month when it came to average temperatures and with many sites some 3 to 8 degrees below normal...it seemed apparent that there would be many Top Ten records set. As it turned out...only York 3N and Superior broke into the Top Ten coldest. York 3N experienced it's 8th coldest February of record...and Superior the 9th coldest of record. Phillipsburg and Hastings 4N came close by finishing the month as the 11th coldest February's of record. Moisture-wise it was a near normal month for most locations with York being the standout falling in as the 8th wettest February of record...and the 19th snowiest.
