Across the board...November average monthly temperatures were around a half degree to 2 degrees above normal for our Climate Connection sites. Beaver City was the area warm spot finishing 2.1 degrees above normal for the month. The highest daily temperature during the month honors went to York 3N with a high of 82 degrees on the 8th...on the other end of the scale...the coldest daily low was up the road at Greeley with a morning low of 2 degrees below zero on the 25th. November's precipitation was below normal at most reporting sites...with the greatest average monthly deficit at York 3N. The least precipitaton for the entire month fell at Greeley. The only measurable snow on the record books fell at the Hastings Weather Office 4 miles north of Hastings on the 23rd. Otherwise...November finished 2 to 5 inches short of their normal monthly snow. |
