Central Nebraska
May 4, 2012

  from 6:50 pm, May 4th to 12:00 am CDT on May 5th.

In a continuation of active weather for early May, another round of severe thunderstorms developed across northern Nebraska the evening of May 4th, along a warm frontal boundary.  The storms produced very large hail of golf ball to baseball size hail, with the largest hail reported in St. Paul.
